Who operates NEO Workforce?
NEO Workforce is operated by Renato Hoti, sole trader trading as NEO Workforce. Privacy enquiries can be sent to hello@neoworkforce.co.uk.
What data is processed?
Account and service data can include account identity, business name, subscription status, support information and service activity needed to operate the product.
For subscribing businesses, workforce data can include employee names, PIN-protected staff profiles, clock-in and clock-out times, breaks, hourly rates, shift corrections and timesheet information entered or generated by the service.
Controller and processor roles
The subscribing employer normally decides why employee attendance information is collected and used, and is therefore the controller for that workforce data. NEO Workforce generally acts as processor for that data on the employer's instructions.
NEO Workforce is controller for account, billing, security, service-administration and direct customer-support information needed to operate the service.
Why data is used
Data is used to authenticate accounts, provide staff clocking and timesheets, maintain correction history, calculate estimated working time and pay, support exports, secure the service, provide support and administer subscriptions.
Employers remain responsible for choosing an appropriate lawful basis for workforce monitoring and for giving workers suitable privacy information.
Sharing and service providers
Service data may be processed by providers required for hosting, authentication, payments and service operation. Stripe is used for subscription payments. NEO Workforce does not sell employee attendance data.
Retention, export and deletion
Business owners can export timesheet records and permanently delete workforce records from Owner Mode. Customers should retain workforce information only for as long as necessary for their lawful business purposes.
Your rights
Employees should normally exercise rights relating to employer-controlled workforce records through their employer. Account holders can contact NEO Workforce about account and service-administration data.
