Service
NEO Workforce is business software for recording staff attendance and producing timesheet information. The standard plan is £9.99 per month for up to 20 staff unless a different offer is shown at checkout. A one-time 7-day free trial may be offered without a payment card.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must use the service lawfully, keep account and Owner PIN access secure, inform workers appropriately about attendance monitoring, check records before relying on them for payroll and maintain any employment records required by law.
Estimated pay
Estimated pay is calculated from recorded working time and configured hourly rates. NEO Workforce is not payroll, tax, pension, holiday-pay or legal-advice software.
Corrections
Owners may correct genuine clocking errors. Original values and edit timestamps may be retained as an audit trail.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Paid subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewal; access may continue until the end of the current paid period.
Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Customers should review timesheets and maintain appropriate exports or other business records where needed.
